How to quality assure the cluster management work and continuously work on improvement and development?

Long-term view and quality measurement are important to ensure that the cluster knows its own quality challenges and has an action plan with measurable quality goals. The European benchmarking and certification scheme developed by ESCA provides measurable quality and feedback on where the cluster initiative is strong and weak in quality.

We provide preparation, implementation and follow-up of such benchmarking and certification processes, and ensure that the cluster initiative get the tools needed for continuous quality improvement until the end of the quality certification.
