As a cluster team, you should in principle do complex tasks, and master many subject areas. In an early phase, as well as in a more mature phase, it is perceived as a challenge to achieve a common understanding of the opportunities that a cluster venture can provide.

Challenges and issues change in line with the cluster's maturation processes and there are no facile answers, but with dialogue you often come up with better solutions, specific goals and measures you can work towards.

Through short meetings or meetings, we can go through whatever room of opportunity exists to motivate and build trust.
